We understand that your first choice may not be the perfect fit for you. If you find that your mattress choice is not meeting your preferences, you may return during the 90-night trial with our simplified return process so you don't need to call in. If you'd like to return your mattress within the 90-night trial, all you need to do is fill out our return form and a representative will be in touch soon to discuss further details.
Foundations and Power Bases
While we do not accept returns on Foundations and the Stearns & Foster® Ease Power Base, we stand behind their 25-year limited warranty. The warranty covers for manufacturing defects or malfunctions but does not cover change of mind or preferences.
Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.
Retail Store Purchases
If you purchased your Stearns & Foster® product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer. Our retailers may have different promotions, policies, and procedures than we do, so it is best to reach out to the retail location you purchased from to discuss your purchase and what options are available to you.
