Our 504 Progressive Support Coils are double offset and crafted of high-carbon steel with a 12¾ gauge – making them 62% stronger and more durable than the coils found in other mattresses. That means stronger and longer-lasting support for the life of your sleep set.

These resilient coils gently cradle your body, sensing your weight and responding with the proportional amount of support. They are also twice tempered to add memory and allow them to reform to your body type and shape as you move.

Unlike other mattress encasement systems – which often sacrifice coils to add foam that is glued or pieced together – our UniLock™ Foam Encasement and unparalleled Liquid Injected Foam Encased™ (LIFE) systems are engineered to work with the Progressive Support Coils as a single unit, resulting in superior, long-lasting support.

While the rigidity of both systems provides added sleep surface and a firm seating edge for your mattress, our unique LIFE System™ adds 10% more sleep surface (versus non-foam encased) and an unsurpassed durability to your mattress.
